Approached by the client in Feb. 2006 I was charged to come up with a design for this 27,000 sq. ft. site in the north of Mexico. Insisting on the maximum use of space possible with ample parking for all, a split level solution was presented.
I was responsible for the design and modelling as well as all the visuals and calculations to sell the scheme to the client.
